I have known Josh who is the owner Platinum Property Management Group for around ten years, and he has always been very attentive to my needs as an owner / investor of several properties that I have placed in his care. For Christmas I decided to give myself a present as I was not seeing family or hosting. I contacted Josh early December to request a bathroom renovation tailored to me. I’m still taken back at the fact he moved around his agenda and allotted time in the evening to assist me in picking designs, set up appointments with his suppliers to purchase supplies/fixtures and even worked the 23rd to finalize my bathroom.
